Overview

Fairbault County, MN has not adopted MN State Building Codes.

The Faribault County Zoning Ordinance § 3A (Jurisdiction) applies to all areas of the county outside of the incorporated limits of municipalities. § 18.A.1 (Building Permits) of the Zoning Ordinance requires a building permit for construction or alteration (in respect to height or area) of any building or structure.
